Returns & Refunds Policy
UPDATE 5-6-2019: TTU Press will be distributed by Longleaf Services as of June 1, 2019. TTU Press will not accept any new returns to our Grantham Warehouse as of May 6, 2019. Returns should be shipped to Longleaf Services. See www.longleafservices.org.
Any shipment damage or discrepancy must be reported upon receipt to TTUP Customer Service, 800-832-4042 or 806-742-2982. TTUP will handle claims of books damaged in transit but will not accept books damaged in transit later as returns.
Returns of unsold books will not be accepted before 90 days of invoice date nor 12 months beyond invoice date.
Permission to return is required. Invoice information must be included.
Returned books must be in saleable condition; otherwise, they will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
